This house is across from the Rand Community Center and park. Great for kids. Multi-racial community. The Rand Community Center is a nutrition assistance center. Any one can use. We take pride in our rental homes, only apply if you will do the same.

HUD, You must pay the first month with a deposit in advance. You must also qualify for 650.00 in rent. If HUD inspects and starts paying before the end of the first month you will be prorated the difference. (You get money Back) We will sign a 30-day release for HUD if you want to move at any time. With all the changes HUD has made this is the best we can do. If it fails because of us, we will wave the lost time. (You don't Pay because of us.) You must also meet all criteria to rent.

 

Small pets under 25 pounds. 200.00 deposit Per pet. Deposit is refunded if there is no pet damage or spraying. Testing will be done. Cats must be declawed. All pets must be Spayed or Neutered. 

 

Fenced in yard. Home is about 1430 square ft. 3 bedroom 1 bath. Eat in Kitchen and dining/TV room. Plenty of storage. You are responsible for the yard, and snow removal. Driveway and on street parking. Master Bedroom has walk in closet. Baseboard zone heating, window unit air conditioning (you provide units). Utilities are AEP, WV American Water, Malden PSD and Waste Management. All electric home. 

Washer and dryer hookup. Utilities must be in your name.

 

No Drugs in the house. The cost of abatement is too high to tolerate in any form of airborne drug use including pot. We use DEA test strips to find all airborne drugs on the walls, carpet, and surfaces. You will be evicted on a positive test. No questions asked.

 

Past bills are averaged at 135 elect, 35 water, 35 Sewer, 15 trash for two people.

 

Schools are Belle Elementary, Dupont Middle, Riverside High
