This is a 2 bedroom home in Dupont City just outside of Belle a block away from Dupont Middle School.

The home is at 3313.5 W. Dupont Ave. Belle WV 25015. We are in the School District of Belle Elementary, Dupont Middle, and Riverside High.

No utilities are included in the rent. This is a quiet location, with an active neighborhood watch. The bus route is on the Dupont road and you only have to walk 2 houses to the bus-stop if you use the bus. The home is about 900 square feet, with a fenced-in backyard and we do accept small to medium pets with a pet deposit. This is a good home for a single person, a young or older couple with one dependent, or no dependents. The external property is monitored to keep crime at bay. The heat is electric, window a/c, {unit provided by the tenant}, then you have water through WV American Water, and sewer through Malden PSD (they require a $100 deposit for everyone) For the internet and TV we get very few channels over the air, Suddenlink is here with 200MB service, Satellite is available but expensive. You could use Fronteer but I would not recommend it in this area, their equipment in this area is old and no one likes it. The phone is through Suddenlink, Fronteer, and any internet provider. The cell phone service that works is ATT and Sprint/T-Mobile but when in doubt make an appointment and try your service. Trash service is through Waste Management.

Wal-mart is 12 min away in Quency and Kanawha City with Krogers is 15 min the other direction.

The rent is 650.00 and is prorated for the first month. All rents are due on the first of the month unless otherwise arranged. There is a $650.00 Deposit. Sorry, we do not work with the deposit or rent. There are washer and dryer hookups in the kitchen and off-street parking for 1 vehicle.
